Overview

As part of a dam lowering project being completed by Sunwater, MinStaff Survey were engaged to deliver a complete 3D Model of Beardmore Dam near St George in Western Queensland.

Scope of Works

Completing a full site survey utilising a combination of MinStaff Survey’s Accura (Remote Hydrographic Boat), a sonar mounted water craft, Airborne LiDAR Capture and conventional ground surveying.
Data capture of both surface and sub-surface features.
Generation of a 3D surface model from the captured data showing all surfaces, topography and structures from the dam perimeter to the bed of the waterbody.
