Newell Highway Upgrade Project

MinStaff Survey has been engaged by Fulton Hogan to provide a total surveying solution to an 18km upgrade of the Newell Highway (Boggabilla to Mungle Back Creek) just across the state border. This project involves the widening of the existing highway to create a new two lane highway, dedicated overtaking lanes, intersections upgrades and re-surfacing.

Scope of Works

• Installation of survey control
• Topographic survey of existing road corridor to verify design
• Setout & As-constructed for all road construction and pavement completed to RMS QA G71 Specifications
• Establishment and maintenance of Machine Control Guidance Systems
