On the back of the successful completion of 900 Ann Street, MinStaff Survey were engaged by the same Hutchinson Builders team to deliver surveying services for the construction of Consolidated Properties 895 Ann Street Office Tower in Fortitude Valley. The $260m A-Grade commercial building, is a 15 level development, target 5 Star Green Star and 5.5 Star NABERS energy rating.
